ELIGIBILITY: The Lodi CDJR TV Giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Lodi CDJR, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the TV Giveaway.

AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Lodi CDJR as final and binding as it relates to the content of this TV Giveaway.
ENTRY PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting from now until September 30th.
HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the TV Giveaway, entrants must complete the digital form provided above by Lodi CDJR. The form will require entrants to provide their first and last name, email address, and phone number. Please note that the information provided must correspond accurately with the entrant's ID. In the event of a win, failure to present an ID that matches the submitted entry information will result in forfeiture of the prize.
PRIZES: There will be one winner who will receive one 80" Flat Screen TV with an estimated retail value of $1,099.99. The odds of winning are estimated at 1 in 1,000.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified within five (5) days following selection of Winner. If Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: The prize will be issued in full at time of drawing/pick-up at Lodi CDJR, at the day and time scheduled between Winner and the associate announcing the outcome.
RIGHTS RESERVED: The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the TV Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the TV Giveaway.
WINNERS LIST: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Lodi CDJR TV Giveaway Winners List Request.
TAXES: The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with receiving the prize, if applicable.
